Delete SINE Plus Account & Data

This page explains how users can delete their SINE Plus account and associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete Account Within the App (Recommended)

Users can delete their account directly in the SINE Plus application by following these steps:

  1. Open the app and tap Settings from the bottom-right menu in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Select Remove Account.
  3. Review the account deletion information displayed on the screen.
  4. Tap Remove Account and confirm again to complete the deletion.

Once confirmed, the account is immediately deactivated and the user will no longer be able to access the application.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Website

If you are unable to access the application, you may request account deletion by submitting the form on this page.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When permanent deletion is completed, the following data associated with the user account will be deleted:

  • Account profile information (name, class, email address, username)
  • Learning data (game scores, learning progress, activity results)
  • User history and related account records

Data That May Be Retained Temporarily

For security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes, certain data may be retained for a limited period of up to 30 days, including:

  • Security and system logs (such as IP address, device identifiers, and crash logs)

This data is retained only for the purposes stated above and is permanently deleted after the retention period ends.

Deletion Timeline and Account Recovery

  • After account deletion is confirmed, user data is retained for up to 30 days.
  • During this period, users may request account recovery.
  • After the 30-day retention period, the account and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

How to Request Deletion (Website Form)

Please provide the following information for identity verification:

  • Email address or username
    Student name and class

A confirmation email will be sent to the user. Account deletion will proceed after confirmation.
