SINE Education Service Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of Thailand and applicable laws.

1.2 Audio Data

  • Voice recordings may be used temporarily for speaking and pronunciation activities

  • Audio is not permanently stored after processing

  • Device ID

  • Crash logs and error reports
1.5 Authentication & Session Data

To maintain secure login sessions, the application stores encrypted authentication tokens (Login Tokens) on your device using secure local storage technology (Secure DataStore). These tokens are used solely to keep you logged in and are not accessible by other unauthorized applications.

1.6 App Settings (Local Storage)

User preferences such as language, theme, and notification settings are stored locally on your device using application data storage (DataStore) to improve user experience. These settings are not shared with our servers.

1.7 Temporary Cached Data

For performance and responsiveness, the application may temporarily cache certain data using high-performance caching technology (e.g., high-performance in-memory caching technology). This data is stored temporarily and automatically cleared after use.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • User authentication and account management
  • Tracking learning progress and scores
  • Improving app functionality and learning experience
  • System security, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
  • Maintaining secure login sessions and user authentication
  • Improving application performance and responsiveness
  • Remembering user preferences for better usability
3. Data Storage & Security
  • All data is transmitted via secure connections and stored on secure servers with access controls.
  • Appropriate technical and organizational security measures are implemented
  • Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only
  • We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including
  • Encrypted storage of login tokens on the user’s device using Secure DataStore
  • Secure API-based authentication sessions
  • Temporary in-memory caching (e.g., Redis) for performance optimization
  • Restricted access to personal data by authorized personnel only
  • Secure server infrastructure with access controls
  • Data Retention : Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill educational, operational, and legal purposes. Account and learning data will be retained while the user account remains active and deleted upon account deletion request, unless retention is required by law.

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties
  • Data may be disclosed only if required by law or legal authority
  • If third-party services are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly
5. Children's Privacy
  • SINE Plus is designed for users aged 12 and above
  • The app complies with the Google Play Families Policy
  • Personal data of students is processed strictly for educational purposes
  • User accounts are created through SINE’s educational program and supervised learning environment.
6. User Rights (PDPA)

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Access their personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of personal data (subject to legal requirements)
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period after identity verification.

7. Session Management, Loca Storage & Logout

To ensure security and a smooth user experience:

  • Login tokens are securely stored on the user’s device in encrypted form

  • App settings are stored locally and remain on the device unless the app is uninstalled

  • Temporary cached data is used only during active sessions

When a user selects “Log out,” the application immediately removes all authentication tokens and related temporary data from the device to prevent unauthorized access.
